Need help with glitches with a couple games like sopranos and godfather pscx2 1.4.0?

[attachment=66900]Hello guys, I'm new here to this community and have read some threads bout the godfather, but couldn't find the answers I was looking for. When the game starts to play the beginning of the game and same problem with the sopranos game, I get these vertical lines of 2 different colors through out the whole screen. Other than that, the games seemed to be working. It's just really annoying seeing those stupid lines so I was wondering if anyone could help me fix this problem. I've tried many different preset game fixes, and still haven't had any luck. I've had some other problems with games too, but I won't get into that now. I was just looking for help on how to get rid of these vertical line glitches during gameplay. Hope to hear back from you guys, a lot of you seem to be pretty good with fixing glitches. I hope I didn't leave anything out.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
[code]

The vertical lines have been fixed on the latest dev builds on D3D11/OGL.

The game also suffers from a half screen bottom issue so it's best to play it using software mode.

Dev builds are any of the builds made in the 2 years since the last "Official stable release".  These are the most up to date builds of the emulator.  any fix for anything that has been made in that time frame is only in a development build.  These are also the recommended builds to use.

Software\hardware mode toggle is F9.  Keep in mind if you do not have a good CPU software mode will destroy your speed when used since it makes everything run off of your CPU.

Does the latest git build have all the games on it that contain the hacks? I noticed it was for 32 bit version of windows because I have the 64 bit version, would that matter?

the latest git has all the fixes of the earlier git versions (though some of those fixes might have broken something else)

There is no 64 bit version and no it does not matter.
