Need help with pnach files

I've been trying to use cheats on persona 3 fes. I've done everything old forums have said to do and none of it has worked. I'm new to the emulator and just need a little help.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
