Need help with setup/crashes

Hey, just downloaded PCSX2 and heard it was a trouble to setup, but I was able to watch a video and get through it and get the BIOS in and all that, but now I can't see to get the game loaded. I have a ISO of Persona 4 but no matter what I do it just seems to crash upon starting up. 

TLDR: i have an ISO i wanna use but it just crashes on startup, not sure if ISO's fault or mine

how did you make your iso ?
using command line ? or discutils ?

did you get any error when dumping it ?

hey, thanks for replying, the video in question is (removed)

I don't really follow the next 2 questions (i am not very knowledgeable about these kinda things :/) but I got my ISO from ripping from the internet, I've tried two different rips but both have the same effect (AKA Crash while starting up)

In regard to the last question it did not appear like I got an error as the txt file said everything loaded properly

alright.
so, you downloaded your iso and your bios. (removed to youtube link since it contained links to bios files).
we don't support piracy around here, as said in our forum rules.
