PCSX2 > Config > Video (GS) > Plugin Settings and instead of choosing DirectX 11 in the pulldown menu select DirectX 9

Yes, he is on Windows 7 but he won't be able to use Directx11 since his graphics chip doesn't support it. I was just curious whether or not his chip actually supports DirectX9 since it's so damn old. I don't know much about Pentium 4s.

Depends the chipset, but perhaps it's the 82945 And yeah that card is crap indeed, and even if the hardware doesn't support it, Win7 still comes standard with DirectX 11
