Question
Hello !
I have a c2d e8200 @ 3,6ghz, 4go, gtx480, seven64.

I cant play to shadow of the colossus or xenosaga ... its too slow Mellow
I have the latest version of pcsx2.
I'm a novice so I don't know how to resolve this... the games are unplayable like this. I tested different this but nothing really worked.

Shadow of the colossus :
Speed a bit slow, but very slow when I start to meet the first colossus. It seems i have a little light problem too.

Xenosaga :
Sound in slow motion Sad

Thank you for the help .. and sorry for my english.

Use gsdx 4.1 ,turn on some speedhacks, put ee cycle on 1 or 2,and put VU cycle on 1 or 2 (try which best suits).

I see improvement even with xenosaga... that's great. It's almost perfect.
Its not a moded gsdx I think, its called gdsx 4270, and work better than the gdsx-sotc-fix.
Also installed pcsx2 4282.

Found all here : *snip*

Xenosaga does not like the EE cyclerare and VU cycle stealing, the sound desynchs badly, don't know about the other game. You should try some combination of speedhacks and find a compromise.

Sadly emulation is too demanding on the CPU and it depends on the game and not the emulator itself, your top video card can't help there.
