You can try vucycle stealing in option if that can help you to gain more fps and play your game in directx10 mode.

xcuse me new here.i too got a gta san andreas my pc specs are
DELL DM051
3.20ghz
Pentium 4
SSE2
SSSE3
Windows 7 i.e DirectX 11 Software
DirectX 9 Hardware
512 MB ram
the game goes around 4 fps in pcsx2 0.9.7 beta.Did not test in the 0.9.6 ver. so if i upgrade my ram and video card can i play this game in a greater speed if yes around like what.
i guess my other specs are good enough.
and yes another thing if the fps would increase wat video card should i basically buy.

you need to buy a new pc from scratch. that cpu is also very old and slow and below the recommended specs by ALLOT.
