Needing help with Guitaroo Man

The thing is, I'm playing Guitaroo Man now and every stage has a weird slow down or speed up that ruins the rythm. It's unplayable reaching Stage 7 (the one with the skeletons), it runs from 50 to 120 fps, seriously. But it's not only Guitaroo Man, I always have framerate problems in almost every game, there are few games that I could play perfectly. My configurations are a GTX 1050ti 4Gb, 8Gb RAM, AMD FX 6300 six-core. I need help configuring the emulator please, I want to play those sweet PS2 titles so badly XD

getting a better CPU will greatly help (or at least, overclocking it)
apart from that :

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Okay, I've restarted the emulator to do just what you said and for some reason it didn't go past 100% this time, but it slowed down a bit. The weird thing is that the CPU I use now is far better than the last one I had, and the performance on the emulator haven't changed a lot.
