PCSX2 will not launch it will just spit this at me:

download and install vc++ 2013 redist
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

since it installs ssyteme files, it'll put them at the right location automatically.

Make sure you get the x86 version not the x64 version of the redist.
