Neeeeeed Some Assistance :(

Right i wanna put some save games that i downloaded from GameFAQ's
I want to load them into PCSX2. I have the version 0.9.6 and i have followed some guides but it doesnt seem to work.

Can someone please help me ? i really want these saves on there :/

Is there a way of turning them into save states ?

They are .max files

And the game i want to load them with is Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix.

And also, I bought Action Replay Max for the ps2. is there anyway i can use these codes with pcsx2 ?
