Amount of testing done (little/medium/much/completed-game): much

Comments:

Game Runs perfectly fine except for some slight cutscene jank I have yet to figure out, Requires EE/FPU rounding to be on Negative to fix a damage glitch from a spearman enemy.
Edit: Retested without Trilinear as requested. Cutscene Jank still there, Did find out that the damage glitch only happens if you don't set Negative at least once in the area of enemies. Switching back to Chop/Zero Doesn't make the glitch reoccur until you leave the area and come back.
Edit 2: Retested with defaults. And played around with the glitch attack. Defaults ran the same as my normal settings. The glitch only happens if you are hit while blocking. Can still happen with negative set but unlike with Chop/Zero it only happens every once in a while.

Bugs:

Cutscenes have an odd framerate.
Ixi Spearmen Can softlock you if you are hit while blocking/ Hit at all (sporadic?)

You're using non-default GSdx settings. Are these required to fix some issue? If not, have you tried the game with default settings to make sure these settings don't fix or create an issue you've missed?

BTW: Trilinear hack has no effect with Basic mipmapping. Wink

I will retest with default. And nah they are mostly just universal for me now.
