Netplay question

is the netplay the ps2 online service where only online enabled games can play online or is it like in other emus where you can play any game online?

it doesn't work like a kaillera client if that's what you mean.
it's for games that were originally designed to work online (i.e. monster hunter)

but it's in alpha stages and pratcically doesn't work.

i have a question for this netplay... Is possible in future to play at resident evil outbreak file 2? i have played, some years ago, at this game and i have loved it, but after a bit of time the server has closed and i couldn't play anymore.

if the server is down, neither pcsx2 or a PS2 will be able to connect
