New Comps Psx2 Settings help plz

Hi there... im having problems running pscx2 on 60 fps and im not sure what settings i should be using. Here are my specs

- Processor AMD FX™-8350 Eight-Core Processor, 4000 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

- Gtx 760 graphic card superclocked

- Running pcsx2 version 1.2.1 with windows 7 (64 bit operating system) Any feed back is appreciated

untick mtvu speedhack and set vu cycle stealing to 1 or 2

many will run near full speed, though.
