Man, when you taught about the ATI 4650 it was all I see to make up you where trying to mount the best possible under a tight budget
The 590 indeed is a monster... in all senses... you'll need a robust and reliable PSU, I don't advise anything under 1000W, stead and solid.
Choose a case designed with heat in mind, a good airflow is coming to be the main factor in it's choice.
The main reason I try and avoid this kind of dream flight is the knowing when something which actually will be demanding enough to need that rig comes up... the rig will be pretty obsolete by then. Well, nothing wrong with having such dream machine if money is not "problem"
PS: NEVER, NEVER INDEED go by the seller advise, first because most of them are acquainted only with the marketing issue and mostly interested in selling the most expensive hardware (when not just the available at the moment), not the best for the customer, and they almost always suggest some "criminal" things like that humble 4650 together an i7-860...
Finally, balance is always advised, it is never good having under specs components bottleneck-ing a most expensive hardware. A balanced mid range machine is so good performance wise as an expensive and unbalanced one... and much cheaper.
