hey everyone new user here with some questions(of course)about which plugins and settings are best for my computer specs and so far the only games i play are silent hill games and im only asking because when i try to play them i either get fps lag (it bounces around from 15fps to 60fps or with no framlimit it goes up to 100fps)and it slows the game and sound or i get a graphical bug in SHM (when i use hardware has bad graphics but software just low fps and sound suffer) but SH3 just has sound bug(only during cutscenes gameplay is regular but the sound lags behind) and havn't play SH:TR yet

my computer specs and if you need to know any other spec just tell me and ill post them

you maxed out speedhacks that can break games by near 100% and fake FPS reading.
best to minimize it...
instead try run in benchmark mode....during emulation toggle "TAB" to run in turbo mode to see the effect of the speed.

for the graphic problem try set software mode or 8-bit textures.
