Actually, 50 Fps IS smooth as long as you are using the PAL version.
those little lag spikes you get are probably coming from somewhere else, as said above.
Better try wihout IRST.

ok, well the figures you gave us before them were not from the point it was lagging. can you give us the percentages (or a screenshot) from a point where it is lagging like that?

you don't need to uninstall Intel RST i won't interfere pcsx2,it only effect only at the fresh windows boot
keep on eye on the EE% and the stage w/c been spiked by EE 100% and could trigger lagging.

I can see lag when my EE is 30-40%...

if all the values are low, that means something outside of PCSX2 is slowing you down.
Try turning all your antivirus off, any background programs you can see and anything else, see if that helps.
