What speed hacks and other things would you suggest for me?

the opening sequence does seem to be running a bit slow. I'm running on full screen mode, not window mode. 720p with speed hacks at x2 cycle rate.

Also how do I set my laptop to run through my television screen instead of laptop screen?

your gpu its just slow for the quality u want (its even slow on the lowest quality of the game that is the same with ps2) u can put your laptop to display at the tv if u select it at the program/driver that came with the laptop
