what of gfx bugs ?

what about other renderers ?
what if you set internal res to native + anisostropic filtering to none ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

i see.
you're probably stuck with software mode for now, even if you CPU sin't powerful enough to handle it.

Setting extra sw redering threads to 2 may help a bit, though.
did you set your windows power plan to perfromance mode, btw ?
and are you sure you aren't running on batteries ?
