Nightly build failing to update

Noticed my games wouldn't boot, even when I tried fast booting, just turning grey as I double-clicked the games, screen didn't change. I checked for updates and tried to do so, but noticed the window that usually opens to update didn't appear, and instead a small github window. At the very end of the update, I see this message appearing.

Check updater.log file in the pcsx2 root directory.

Where is your emulator installed? Ie: Program Files is a bad place for it to be for example.
