No Disk Inserted
#1
I'm trying to play Kingdom Hearts.
I first tried to run it directly from the DVD but the introduction cutscene is extremely choppy on the fps and audio, it would take roughly 15 minutes just to finish watching it.
I looked around online on how to fix it and some people suggested using an iso instead of the dvd. I tried running it from an iso as well, and I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly, but the ps2 bios screen appears with the red colour telling me to insert a playstation disk. Is there a way I can fix the lag without using an iso file? Or do I just have to properly use the iso?

Use fastboot instead of fullboot.
What input source did you select in cdvd top menu? Iso?

How did you make your ISO?
did you just pull the .img file off the disc/copy the disc contents, or did you use a tool like imgburn to make the iso?

Yeah I was originally using poweriso and just pulling the contents off the disk. I just tried using imgburn to create the iso and its working flawlessly now.
