No Emulation Settings Window?

I'm trying to change a few settings to get a game to work and for some reason my Emulation Settings window is no where to be found. It loads it, shows it open in my tool bar but theres no window anywhere. I've tried minimizing it and restoring it, nothing. Tried going to task manager to "Bring it to front", nothing. I used to have a second monitor that I used to keep PCSX2 open in, but I dont think that would be an issue. Everything else works fine, I just cant get my Emulation Settings window to appear. Anyone know how to fix this?
