No OnePAD Configuration Menu

I am using Arch Linux and want to use a PS3 controller with PCSX2. I have done this in the past on another system and I recall that I have to go into something like Config >> Controllers (OnePAD), but no such option appears (only Gamepad Settings). The controller is connected and works at it is usable in RPCS3 and other games, and games boot and run just fine so I am not sure what the issue is. Both the normal and git (from the AUR) packages have been tried.

How do I configure and use my controller?
