Use directnice instead of xaudio!

Just set Async mix in SPU2-X,use direct X11,and in the last case you can change for use ZEROspu2 instead of Spu2 X.
And its better use a ISO file than the own disk.

I wonder if my computer removing all the games smoothly at full speed and what settings I need to do to make it work

your cpu is already much powerful just use defult settings

Use custom resolution in your games like...1366x1366 or 1920x1920 or 1920x1366,depends of the game and...your conf,but your conf its fine.

And about hackers use the standard settings.

This and enough to bother?,Okey,the problem is shaking right?,You are using Hardware mode,in hardware mode for resolve this in GSX,use INTERLANCING(F5) -None or Auto,even if this persist,go to software mode,in software mode for better grafics you can use extra rendering threads and enable FXAA and FX shader and yet Edge anti aliasing,but for better grafics remenber-Hardware mode.
