I receive the error
"The specified Bios file was not found. A bios is required for Pcsx2 to run.

File not found
Filename: bios/"

When I attempt to run an ISO.

Macbook
2Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB DDR3
Nvidia 9400m

Thanks guys, really can't wait to get this working.

Well the only guide I seemed to be able to find was a 3 step guide which essentially instructed me to install 3 programs (a supposed link to a more complete older guide yielded a page with a link to a picture of an Audi, and one to a page with 3 lines of code.)

Google yielded only one relevant result, another forum member asking the same question, the thread was dead, and he had received no reply.

I finally dredged through the site to find this FAQ, which I assume you are referring to. http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Official-...tion-guide

You seem to have written that for windows. I figured the instructions would be different, as they usually are.

I appreciate that you took the to read my post, and that you can't be assed to post a link to the page where you know the answer is.

Don't worry, you totally don't come off as a douche bag.

Right, I am the douchebag while you asking questions answered in 5 different places all over the forums and docs are not. The actual FAQ that comes with the emulator has the bios dumping guide too. The FAQ in this forum has the bios dumping guide too: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-PCSX2-0-9...-Questions
The guide you just linked to has the bios dumping guide too: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Official-...guide#Bios

Don't worry you totally don't come off as a blind person.

Yes, after 30 minutes of looking for a guide, I found that. If you could read english at a 3rd grade level you would have understood that I was asking you to point out where that guide was, and after your unhelpful and insulting response (by the way, this is a help forum, not a "tell people requesting help to look elsewhere forum").

My package did not include an FAQ.

I have since used the memory card exploit to rip my bios.

Also; Mimicry? Really?
