No cheats loading?

im new to pcsx2 i have version 1.4.0 and cheats enabled but why does it say "Overall 0 Cheats loaded" ?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

If you haven't put any cheats in the cheats folder, that's what it will say.

If you use the installer version of PCSX2, make sure you put the cheats in the My Documents\PCSX2\cheats folder.

4 its for any game, GTA San andreas for example

Thanks it works now didnt know i have to put it in my documents.
