No game with more than 30fps ingame

Hey,

I tried out MGS Subsistance and Shadow Hearts: From the new world. While the menu runs with 60 fps I can only get between 20 and 30 fps ingame.

My Sys:

AMD Athlon X2 5050e
4096GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD3200 Onboard

My Config

Enable the native checkbox in GSdx and disable texture filtering.

40fps any chance to get more? Every SpeedHack is enabled

Your video card is a POS. I imagine if you upgraded that you'd get a fair bit more fps.
