No interlacing codes
Is it somehow possible to convert NTSC codes to PAL? In case of Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec that could be useful since one can't have km/h measures on US version.

as with any other method nothing is universal
don't forget this method is not guaranteed, there are games which freeze

It worked only for UAS games, In japanese games the screen will Start flickering

I found two region exclusives with really bad shaking problems.

They are Phase Paradox (NTSC-J) and Glass Rose (PAL).

I know these games are super niche, but if anyone could help create deinterlacing codes, I'd be super grateful.
