hello gentlement, long time i have not been here, (quarantine and looking for a job, still not luck), some days ago
i check some pcsx2 nop interleacing, sharp framebuffer codes, left behind months ago, check t, build it and here are:

i read some post behind and people have questions about codes, progressive modes, for this i going to renew
guide next days, update some steps because PCSX2 change some ways check memory, values etc; now, meanwhile
i can address some questionsabout, guide is little difficult to understant, sorry about it, english is not my native language but still
learning about grammar, improve it, improvise it; about progressive codes not affect PCSX2 i learn debugging sceResetGrahp function
some games disable interleacing internaly when is called and enable progressive scan mode, sadly many games crash
in videos (can be bypassed with code) but others has hard crash (still checking), 240p codes for test in console (PS3)
combined with nop-interleacing some games look good butstreched, wrong position or flicker (still checking)
typically this games are field renderer games; about sharp framebuffer codes find tutorial
is more complex to explain, you need knowledge GS privileged registers, custom mips code-values(look my valkyrie 2 code) sadly
recent changes in PCSX2 code this values can't be viewed easily the project is making improved changes
to debugger code, so it will take some time see this changes maybe will make more easy too debug this values for beggineers.

UPDATE CODE: April 10

! Enabled Default values for NTSC 60hz mode 640x480 select "60hz" in start screen.
+Reduce code from 11 to 3 lines
+Corrected videos screen position
-only first 2 company videos are not screen centered (can be fixed but troublesome so i leave as it) 
+Corrected screen values.
+Nop interleacing in videos.
*I leave values for PAL 50hz mode 640x576 disabled in .pnach if someone want to test (need to disable NTSC codeblock and select 50hz in game main screen)

PCSX2 parse wrong screen parameters for this title, i corrected this values; for USA version, if have same wrong parameters, i leave values changed in .pnach for someone port. sorry this game was released for USA only in PS1, for PS2 only in europe.

ok so ive got this code for Onimusha3 US version, BUT it keeps the game at a black screen on startup so i first have to have cheats disabled and then after about 5 seconds aka as soon as games in fast bootup then enable it and then no black screen , hope someone can fix this , heres the no interlacing psnach>

This game was really hard more that USA version, game write from many instructions values making blink out proportions because clean framebuffers have different sizes before stretch to video output, it require more polish the code but i need more mips learning, also i find native progresive code but looks is a leftover japanese -usa game code game crash or have overlap textures if enabled; meanwhile is playable but only tested to dungeons still is no guarantee run ok long play.
this code can be easily ported to other game versions, spain, france, italy but it need a code to disable "codeguard first", maybe Maori-Jigglypuff can port his code to  this editions or someone take the challenge.

@Devina : Nice, useful alternate option for dpad, many months ago, for devil may cry 3 i try guest/find map to control the famous  "style switcher mod" (map game styles to dpad for in game switch) but no luck, also try find person who create code but i can't find it, last news was code exist for PCSX2 but only can be enabled with cheat engine, still no CE tables or info related; maybe next challenge i take can be this, if not a problem, can i consult you about tips? see you later.

@yumzion90 : asasega create a code in first post for Onimusha 3 USA , try that code.

UPDATED "Alone in the dark nightmare" code screen fix and nop interleacing new values for people interested in it. check it some post back.
UPDATED 2 : i forget it, i renew guide some tips / how to find progressive codes and correct some english misspelling

yeah no that old patch doesnt even work proper , still alot of judder , with mine posted it fixes that ...BUT as said got said issue , a fix would be nice for sure

i try your code it seems reduce frame internally for limit or null juder, but send me the hex values you change documented (use //tag after each line code and put original vales there), i going to send a test code

Update:
cheking old codes this make something similar you want but cap internally 30fps (its not fluid) but less judder also nop interleacing, this code not show/swap framebuffers each interval similar effect the code you make, i use some similar for mortal kombat shaolin monks but i dont like (loss effect in fluidity) programmers use tecnique to swap framebuffer each interval to create effect fluidity try only this code lines.
