No iso detected

Hello, I've sucessfully installed a bio on my PCSX2 and I wanted to run Xenosaga, but when I chose "Browse Iso" and selected the game which is an 7z file, there is a black screen and the PCSX2 freezes? What should I do?

What did you use to make your iso ?

What do mean 7z file? That's an archive file that needs to be extracted. By any chance, how did you get it?

Thanks, I finally got it I just had to download a 7-zip file manager from internet so as to convert to it to an iso. Also, I didn't put it in the right file that's why it wasn't working lol
