No sound in "18 wheeler - American Pro Trucker"

Issue:
- No sound (no music, no voice) after the arcade mode begins 10+ seconds.

Environment:
- Windows 10 64-bit
- PCSX2 version: a number of PCSX2 1.7 dev versions including the latest 47bdc58
- Both Software mode and OpenGL/DX11 mode
- All settings default
- Game: 18 Wheeler - American Pro Trucker (USA and Japan ver., PAL not tested)

This isssue does NOT occur on PCSX2 1.6 stable version or earlier ver. 1.5, so I guess this might be a SPU plug-in regression? Maybe it affects other games as well?
It would be so great if there is someone look into the issue so it will not exist in the later dev releases or even the future 1.7 stable ver. Thanks.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

I'm not that sophisticated with computer or software etc., hope it is the right log to be found.

1. Started the game.
2. Seconds later, the issue occured.
3. Paused the game, looked for the log.

hmmm.
looks like a small game, maybe a CD one.
did you use imgburn to dump it ? because you may have missed the audio part if you made a cue/bin format

I've investigated this, and it is currently broken. I'm working on a fix. If you're desparate to play it, either use 1.6 or dev build 814 or lower
