tried putting it in terminal, instead of X11?

Yes, either in terminal and in X11.

However no problem, I'll await some fix in next versions. Thanks for the help.

Dude, I came to think of something....
Have you the Snow Leopard or the non-Snow Leopard version of PCSX 2?
And what Operative system do you have?

I'm actually having the same problem. I've tried on both X11 and Terminal. When I finish inputting all of the commands another windows opened saying:

dyld: Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Library/Frameworks/Cg.framework/Cg
Referenced from: /Applications/pcsx2.app/Contents/Resources/pcsx2/./pcsx2
Reason: image not found
pcsx2.sh: line 2: 97690 Trace/BPT trap ./pcsx2
