Noob here... need help....

This is my first time handling a ps2 emulator.... I was wondering if you have any guides on how to make the games work....

For example....
I just downloaded The Shadow of Colossus...
it came with two files...
the first one is the ISO and the second one would be a files with an extension of .mds .... I have currently no idea what to do... Any help would be appreciated..
