Luckily i was able to find my ps2 disc of the game, but when i opened it on the PC it just has all these files with weird names and formats, i couldn't find where to start the game.
Here's screenshots of each folder from the disc, mostly the same stuff, but either way i'm not sure if this will solve the problem, i just want to know how to make the patch work.

you need to set your cd/dvd to plugin, configure Gigahertz dvd plugin to match your DVD reader's letter  (D: in your case), then perform a fast or full boot)

Oh i think you noticed the broken link and fixed it just before i replied, so i didn't see it, sorry for taking so long to reply again. I did just that, problem persists :/

can you pease post the emulog again when you use the disc ?
