I went pretty far to get PS2 saves onto my PC. First I used an adapter to put the memcard data onto the PS3 and then I used tools to get the data off the PS3 onto my PC. Was ages ago though, haha. What I do for save game data. It was like trading pokemon up through game systems, which is why I have old original gameboy pokemon on the newest games.
