Ok i got the program working fine now im not sure if its my comp but i need to kno how to make it better cuz its kinda slow and laggy.

Your CPU is too slow and 1 gb ram is really really low for Vista. So to sum it up,low speeds are normal for your PC with PCSX2.

w/ this speed may run only 2D games...bad on intense 3D games.
