Okami FPS

Tested Okami myself, works great at 60 fps. I presume you are running from a disc as I said above then.

My Okami runs at 9-20 fps, with all speedhacks on max.Im using Direct 3d 11 becuase everything shiny was black, but it ran fast.
now everything looks fne, bt its so slow.Help?

New thread please explaining all your setting including CPU and frequency, OS version, GPU, raphics plugin and settings. Need a new thread as PCSX2 has chaned alot over the past couple years since 0.9.7.
