Okami Problems :(

Hello Emu Champs

I'm having a problem playing okami. it is just a little slow but that ruins anything the music + gameplay

I have a very good PC
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300
2.50 GHZ
4 RAM
Nvidea Geforce GT 220 whith 1024 mb memory

Also i upgraded :
- my video card driver
- direct x
- the latest gsdx plugin
- Microsoft Visual C+

Do u guys have any idea what it could be? can it be the okami torrent i downloaded?
Okami_PS2DVD-EMiNENT was it from piratebay (not saying the link. just read the rules )
Or did i forgot to configure something?

Also when i am ingame the things far away look very bad whith like 1/2 black
screen:



Any suggestions? or could anyone link me a torrent/iso that deffinetaly works?
