and providing us zero info won't help us.
plz post your pc specs, plugins settings, pcsx2 version, pcsx2 settings, etc... anything useful.

Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q8200 @2.33GHz
2048MB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4670 512 MB DirectX 11

I also use speedhack to speedup fps...

1) dont use speedhacks
2) use software mode
3) put clamps to extra+++

with all those probably you will get past that point

i'm play one piece grand advanture too, but my one piece is low fps (30-45 fps)..
i have gsdx sse2 r3878 but slow motion if i make it..Sad
can you give screenshot configuration your psx..
like a plugin GS on you..???
and program log too..
pliase..Rolleyes

-nvidia geforce 310m 1gb directx 11
-ram 2 gb
