Onimusha 3 Demon Siege PAL Booting to blank screen
#1
As the title says, Onimusha 3 PAL boots to a blank screen now. It wasn't that long ago that it was working properly (on the Qt builds anyway). So I've done a bit of testing and found that 1.7.2837 was the last build that booted properly. 1.7.2838 is the one that broke it.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

No problem, they said they're going to put a fix up tomorrow, so hopefully in the next couple of days it should work again Smile

Onimusha 3 is now booting properly again, which is great and thank you again for having it fixed so quickly, but now I've come across another problem. So if you play the game at any resolution higher than native then something happens to the shadows of the main character. The normal shadow of the mc is still there but a large box or rectangle of shadow appears that also follows the character. I've tried it with all the different hardware renderers and its the same thing on all of them.

Upscaling issues are common, you'll have to play with the various upscaling hacks to try and get rid of it.

Ok I tried the manual Upscaling Fixes and found that changing Half Pixel Offset to Normal Vertex fixes the shadow problem.
