Online Configuration Guide Update

Current version of the Online Config guide is for version 1.2.1. Here's an update for version 1.6. It can be transferred into the site's HTML.

It's got .doc and a few updated images to match current versions. the stuff highlighted in green was stuff i went over and checked out. I think the only thing i didn't know personally was the linux stuff. I'm sure someone can fill that info in. Some sections were reorganized and stuff was cut out because it doesn't exist in the emulator anymore or claims about direct3d being faster and more compatible are probably not true any more. Whole sections about plugins that are obsolete and probably not being included in the next version by default were cut entirely.

Thanks for the effort, we have actually already prepared an updated guide in the background which we are planning to release with the new version, but we appreciate your efforts
