Online playing every multy-player game

Hi Pcsx2 users, i truly thankful for you jobs but i just have to ask, is possible
to play on pcsx2 with another friend?
The image to be transmitted to the client and the game pad from client to host,
For example:
I run the game and i connect with him, he will get my video,like watching at a video on site and him computer don't have to process the graphics or the emulation,that to be on the host and him just transmit the game pad.

Can this happen?
That will be very great.

In theory, possibly. However, there would be lag with his input and the video stream, which would likely present issues.

But is possible to get just the image? I mean, his computer don't do any emulation just to receive the image from the host something like dekstop control but just for pcsx video
