Dismount the ISO from any program like daemon tools etc. Then CDVD->Choose ISO, then ISO selector->Browse, find your ISO and System->Boot CD/DVD (fast)

When I do that, it wont let me, in either way. It wont let me load the mounted iso, or let me use the iso itself.

It should work, my only guess is that your BIOS file is interfering in some way because it's a development one.
