Only lags in Fights ! Help me

Always when i start pcsx2 and the games all is good but only when the fight starts it begins to lag
I tried it in Tekken 5 and Naruto and both are only lags in the fights
I turned on the Speedhacks but its always on 50 fps and it not really changed if i turned the speedhacks on or off
Can somebody please help me

My Systeminformations are :

Intel Pentium CPU B950 2x2,1 Ghz
4 GB RAM

Before the Fight starts its goes over 100 fps but when the fight begins it goes to under 30 fps
why?

Sadly your cpu is too slow for games like Tekken and Naruto. Fighting games in general require a lot of processing power.

Some fighting games don't even work properly on my system

Same cpu i have,i get 40-45 fps all time on tekken 5
what is your graphic card & u have laptop or notebook ?
