Only one adapter is avialble to choose in network configuration

When I want configure network, i just see only one OpenVPN TAP adaper (using VPN to avoid site blolocking in Ukraine). Npcap is isntalled.

WinPCap isn't in dev9 currently, you need to use the OpenVPN adapter.

PCap will likely be back soon, but for now you need to use OpenVPN
