Well I guess... As the image says, the update is:
"Driver Packaging Version 18.30.19.01-180925a-334122C-RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin"

I don't know anything else  Unsure

You're on 18.9.3 then.

18.11.1 is Driver Packaging Version 18.40.11.01-181107a-335518E-RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin
It's confirmed that AMD fixed the buggy graphics (SSO) and crash/bsod issues (Dual Source Blending) on 18.11.1 at the very least.

Excuse me but I don't understand.
There's a newer  update then mine? I though I've downloaded the latest version of this driver, 'cause I've downloaded it right in these days  Wacko
I'm so confused... I'm gonna make a better search. I'll keep in touch.

EDIT:

Ok I've updated the driver at the latest version (18.11.2) and the emulator does not freeze anymore when I use it in OpenGL. You were right. Thanks a lot.
I just wanted to say another thing... I got a problem with Rayman Raving Rabbids: when I play the first minigame, the emulator crashes. I tried with every possible renderer (hardware and software) but nothing. Could you help me for the latest time?

Make another thread, then.

I already posted a thread about this problem but nobody helped me. I hope someone could help me to quickly fix this other issue in this thread, but if is not possible, doesn't matter...

Yes...  Blush
At the time I was a bit noob on this forum and I wasn't able to manipulate the threads as I suppose to do. Anyway, can I post the log here, or shell I go on the other thread?
