this also happens to me, but there is an added one..

this..

huhuhu... i have iso files, i use them,.,., heres my games in iso file,.,

Fight Night 3
Naruto ultimate ninja
Pinball hall of fame
Dynasty Warriors,.,

None of them WORKS!! T_TSadWacko
im now confused how to fix this..Wacko

EDIT: also, it slways start when i paly a game, but, when the loading of the game it always crashes,.,
the "sony playstation" goes in the screen like the normal ps2, but when it tries to load the game, my pcsx2 crashes, then i see in the emulog.txt there is Boot error> "SYSTEM.CNF" not found,., huhuhu.. T_T

what CDVD plug are you using?

Maybe bad iso, try to rip again from your original dvd for that game.
