PC Configuration for smooth pcsx2 running needed

Dear friends, i am about to assemble a PC, my main target is to play pcsx2 games like tekken 5 and god of war 1-2, which are most demanding titles, i want to play them at 50-60 FPS, therefore please guide me with right and reasonable configuration, i prefer AMD processors because i am on a tight budget ($650) for CPU, and i cant increase it further even by $1
So, please reply fast with good configuration.
