Hello..I am building a new PC and I need some advice
1. processor - Intel i5 4670 non k @3.4ghz
since I am buying a non k will I have any problem in any game as I will not be able to over clock.
2. gtx 750 ti 2 gb
with this GPU can I expect 3x native?
3.4gb ddr3
is 4gb enough?

I will try to answer these as best I can:
1: most definitely, with a few exceptions, you will have no problem runining games at full fps
2: should be, but I'm not a GPU expert. I'm on a 520GT
3: will be plenty.

1 - some games will lag whatever you do.
2 - in most games, yes. Not in all.
3 - definitely yes

BTW I cannot over clock so I am planning to go with h85 gigabyte...will a not so great mobo hinder my gaming experience?

Nope, you should be fine. I have an ASRock H81M-HDS motherboard.

also fun fact the 750 Ti is a bit special as it is currently the only wat to get the new gpu chip Maxwell. this is also a word of caution as the drivers for maxwell are still a wee bit unstable in some games though PCSX2 should be just fine to run
