are u sure u applied them after changing,not just close the window ?
are u using u'r dedicated graphic card,not integrated one ?

if u have official r5350 version of pcsx2
download latest svn from this link >>

& extract latest Gs plugin to pcsx2 offiicial version r5350 plugin directory
e.g sse41.dll r5632 (something like it)
because adapter option is only in latest svns,not in official version

yes like this oddly enough you're experiencing some CPU bottleneck those speedhacks suppose to help a bit but you said it didn't so no worries

can you post pics with the new config ( with the same place if you can )

u should download latest revision on the top
when u done downloading
only extract Gs plugin to u'r official version plugin directory
then u'll see adapter option in video plugin setting
select u'r dedicated gpu from that

Intel HD 2000 doesn't use DX10 and his problem IS CPU BOTTLENECK

well, im using speedhack now. both of them were on moderate 2. but its seem like nothing much change. =(
