Does any Games work at all?

Your other thread was closed because of the game you downloaded.
But your question is legit.
AFAIK, pcsx2 is fully compatible with windows 10, and thus there isn't such a list.
But some GPU drivers may cause problems, so make sure to keep yours up to date

Yes, 1.4.0 is compatible with windows XP and up. After this it will no longer compatible with XP but forward compatibility will stay the same.

Since the games aren't running natively on win10, but are emulated, the question is meaningless, then...

If the game is compatable with PCSX2 then it will work on Windows 10 AKA the only compability list that we have is the only one that is needed for all Windows that PCSX2 runs on.
