1st disable all speedhacks so you can go step by step...
start by enabling native resolution in gsdx and look if it has any difference.
in EE/IOP & VUs put both clamps to NONE.
now in speedhacks dont use all of them. try enabling 1 at a time and look which combination is better for your game (every game needs something different) also check if enabling the specific microvu speedhacks (1 of them or both whatever is faster) is faster or slower than enabling the supervu in VUs
never use that many speedhacks. the less the better, test them out to see what is better while you play the game and you are at a scene without moving so you can see the results live in fps meter and in actual game speed (cause some speedhacks tend to report fake fps)
